- Platform & integration : Own the partner-facing API/SDK layer that lets a new partner integrate and go live in 1 - 2 weeks, per Novustrana's platform promise.

- Compliance & security : Bake data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance (IRDAI and applicable data-protection law) into the architecture from day one, not as an afterthought.

- Cross-functional partnership : Work closely with product, underwriting/actuarial, and partnerships to translate risk and distribution requirements into shippable systems.

- Technical Roadmap : Develop and maintain a technical roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategy and vision, ensuring the engineering team is focused on delivering high-impact projects.
