Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Endur Developer with strong technical and functional knowledge of the Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) domain. The candidate will be involved in Endur development, configuration, support, and enhancement activities while working closely with business stakeholders across trading, operations, risk, and finance teams.

The role requires a good understanding of the energy trading lifecycle along with hands-on expertise in Endur development technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and support Endur-based solutions.

- Work closely with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Operations, and Finance teams to understand business requirements.

- Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, development, testing, and implementation activities.

- Develop and enhance Endur workflows, reports, interfaces, and custom solutions.

- Configure Endur modules as per business requirements and solution design.

- Perform impact analysis for system changes and enhancements.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Collaborate with QA, support, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Support Endur upgrades, releases, and platform improvements.

- Provide technical guidance to team members and contribute to best practices.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working on Endur/Openlink platform.

- Strong experience in Endur technical design, development, and configuration.

- Experience with Endur version 15 or above is preferred.

- Good hands-on experience with :

1. APM (Advanced Position Manager)

2. AVS/JVS Scripting

3. OpenComponents

4. Endur APIs and development framework

- Strong SQL and database skills.

- Good understanding of Openlink/Endur table structures and data model.

- Experience in developing custom solutions and integrations within Endur.

- Ability to analyze and resolve technical and functional issues.

Domain Knowledge :

- Candidates should have good understanding of energy trading business processes, preferably in :

1. Gas Trading

2. Power Trading

3. LNG Trading

- Strong knowledge across the trading value chain is required :

Front Office :

1. Trade capture

2. Position management

3. Risk management

4. Market exposure

Middle Office :

1. Scheduling

2. Nominations

3. Operational processes

Back Office :

1. Settlements

2. Invoicing

3. Accounting processes

Preferred Module Experience :

- Candidates should have strong experience in at least one of the following modules :

1. APM

2. Connex

3. Report Builder

4. Settlements & Accounting

5. Deal Modelling

6. cMotion

Good to Have :

- Experience with Azure Integration Services.

- Azure DevOps experience.

- Microsoft Power Platform exposure.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

- Knowledge of system integrations and enterprise applications.

- Ability to work independently and within distributed teams.

- Experience working directly with business users and translating requirements into technical solutions.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
