We are seeking an experienced Endur Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Openlink Endur development and implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Endur-based Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) solutions. The role requires close collaboration with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Operations, and Finance teams to deliver scalable and efficient business solutions while ensuring high system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Openlink Endur applications and solutions.

- Serve as the technical expert for Endur development and provide hands-on technical leadership.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Operations, and Finance stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs.

- Develop, enhance, and support Endur modules, interfaces, and custom workflows.

- Build and maintain integrations between Endur and external applications using APIs, messaging services, and databases.

- Configure and customize trading workflows, scheduling, settlements, risk management, and reporting functionalities.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.

- Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Optimize application performance and ensure system stability and scalability.

- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support documentation.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies.

- Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Openlink Endur development.

- Strong expertise in Endur architecture, customization, and configuration.

- Experience working with Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) platforms.

- Strong knowledge of Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office, Operations, and Finance processes.

- Proficiency in Java, OpenJVS, SQL, and scripting languages used within the Endur ecosystem.

- Experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases and query optimization.

- Knowledge of Endur integrations, APIs, and interface development.

- Experience in trade lifecycle management, settlements, scheduling, risk management, and reporting.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

- Openlink Endur certification or relevant ETRM certifications are preferred.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.

- Exposure to commodities trading, energy markets, or capital markets is highly desirable.
