Hiring for an exciting opportunity for an Endpoint Operations Engineer with strong expertise in Windows environments, automation, endpoint management, and enterprise deployment/testing.

Role : Endpoint Operations Engineer.

Location : Bangalore (No relocation).

Shift : 24/7 Rotational Environment.

Experience : 7+ years.

Key Skills Required :

- SCCM & Intune administration.

- Windows OS imaging & task sequencing.

- Endpoint deployment & packaging.

- macOS troubleshooting & deployment workflows.

- ServiceNow / Jira exposure.

- Functional & regression testing.

- Windows registry, GPO & security privileges.

- Virtual & physical machine creation/testing.

- AI-assisted scripting & automation exposure.

Responsibilities :

- Automate repetitive operational and testing tasks.

- Analyse recurring incidents and implement preventive fixes.

- Conduct deployment, compatibility, and regression testing.

- Build and maintain Windows/Mac endpoint environments.

- Create technical documentation, test cases, and automation workflows.

- Collaborate across teams to improve endpoint reliability and processes.
