Role Overview :

As an Azure DevOps Deployment Engineer at Emmvee Technologies, you will be instrumental in automating and streamlining our software deployment processes within the Azure cloud environment. You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless and efficient releases of our applications and services. Your work will directly impact the speed and reliability of our deployments, contributing to faster time-to-market and improved customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated build, test, and deployment processes.

- Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability for our applications.

- Collaborate with development teams to integrate code changes and resolve deployment-related issues, ensuring smooth and efficient releases.

- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.

- Monitor and troubleshoot deployment pipelines, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to optimize performance and reliability.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployment processes and infrastructure configurations, ensuring knowledge sharing and consistency.

- Implement and enforce security best practices throughout the deployment pipeline, protecting our applications and data from vulnerabilities.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

- Proven expertise in working with Azure cloud services, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure App Service, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL Database.

- Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and experience with tools like Terraform or ARM templates.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve deployment-related issues quickly and effectively.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with development, QA, and operations teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in DevOps and Azure cloud deployments.
