We are looking for a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and Finance & Operations (F&O) to drive enterprise ERP transformation initiatives.

Role Overview :

This role requires a strong blend of functional consulting, technical development, and client-facing implementation experience across D365 Business Central and Finance & Operations environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end D365 BC & F&O implementations.

- Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.

- Work on Cloud (SaaS) and On-Premise environments.

- Develop/customize using AL (Business Central) & X++ (F&O).

- Manage integrations using APIs, OData, and Azure services.

- Conduct client workshops, solution design, and user training.

- Support data migration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and go-live activities.

- Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Skills :

- 8+ years of D365 BC & F&O techno-functional experience.

- Strong ERP business process understanding (Finance, SCM, Sales).

- Hands-on development experience in :

a. AL Extensions (Business Central).

b. X++ (D365 F&O).

- Experience in SaaS/Cloud & On-Premise implementations.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have :

- Power Platform & Azure integration experience.

- Team leadership & consulting mindset.

- Microsoft Certifications (MB-800 / MB-300 / MB-500).

- Multi-domain ERP implementation exposure.
