We are looking for an experienced Salesforce UX Lead to join our team in Bangalore (Hybrid).

Role Details :

- Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

- Experience : 10 to 12 Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the UX design strategy for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).

- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces and workflows.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and developers.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and journey mapping.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.

- Ensure consistency across Salesforce platforms using Lightning Design System (SLDS).

- Drive UX best practices and mentor junior designers.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in UX/UI design within Salesforce ecosystem.

- Hands-on with Salesforce Lightning Experience & SLDS.

- Experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.

- Knowledge of user research, usability testing, and interaction design.

- Understanding of Salesforce architecture and workflows.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with LWC (Lightning Web Components).

- Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Salesforce certifications.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum environment.
