Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Workflow Automation & Agentic AI Consultant to analyse business processes and design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions. The role combines business analysis, low-code/no-code workflow development, system integrations, and practical implementation of agentic AI.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing automation projects from requirements gathering and solution design through development, UAT, production release, and support, preferably within Banking or Financial Services.

Responsibilities :

- Analyse operational processes, identify automation opportunities, and document business requirements, business rules, and exceptions.

- Own the end-to-end automation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, integration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.

- Design and implement workflows using platforms such as n8n, Camunda, Power Automate, and UiPath.

- Develop custom logic and integrations using JavaScript, Python, APIs, JSON, SQL/databases, and other relevant technologies.

- Implement agentic AI and LLM-based workflows involving agents, tool/function calling, workflow-agent orchestration, structured outputs, and human-in-the-loop controls.

- Determine when deterministic automation is more suitable than AI-driven decision-making.

- Troubleshoot integrations, debug workflows, manage exceptions, and ensure reliable production performance.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders using tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage requirements and delivery.

- Apply operational controls and automation best practices, particularly for processes involving reconciliations, payments, transaction processing, reporting, approvals, and exception management.

Requirements :

- 8 - 10 years of experience in business analysis, workflow automation, automation consulting, or related roles.

- Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms such as n8n, Camunda, Power Automate, or UiPath.

- Practical implementation-level understanding of agentic AI and LLM frameworks, including tool calling, orchestration, structured outputs, and human-in-the-loop workflows.

- Working knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or similar scripting languages, along with APIs, JSON, SQL/databases, and Excel.

- Experience delivering automation solutions across the complete project lifecycle, including testing, deployment, exception handling, and production support.

- Strong process analysis, solution design, debugging, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.

- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and enterprise integration environments.

- Exposure to Banking or Financial Services operations, including reconciliation, payments, transaction processing, maker-checker controls, auditability, and operational risk, is preferred.
