Job Description :

We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive the technical execution of assigned projects and modules, guide team members, and ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role involves reviewing migration activities, resolving technical challenges, supporting client discussions, and contributing to process improvements while preparing for future managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical execution of assigned projects and modules.

- Review migration scripts, data validation reports, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.

- Guide team members in resolving technical challenges and act as the first point of escalation.

- Participate in client meetings to address technical queries and provide project-related updates.

- Monitor project risks, assess potential issues, and support timely resolution.

- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) for critical issues and drive corrective actions.

- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor team members.

- Support reporting, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Ensure adherence to defined processes, workflows, and HIPAA-compliant data handling practices.

- Contribute to data and product assessments and identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.

- Drive team-enablement initiatives to improve technical capabilities and delivery efficiency.

Requirements :

- 5 - 10 years of experience in data migration, operations, or a related technical role.

- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data validation.

- Ability to lead and guide small technical teams.

- Experience reviewing migration scripts, validation reports, and resolving technical issues.

- Understanding of root cause analysis, risk assessment, and process improvement.

- Awareness of HIPAA requirements and secure handling of healthcare data.

- Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

- Ability to take ownership, solve problems, and maintain process and workflow discipline.
