Position : Software Engineer (Java Spring Boot & Flutter)

Our team develops mission-critical enterprise applications that provide blanket coverage across the healthcare vertical.

We are currently building a high-scale communication platform that allows healthcare providers to collaborate securely in real-time.

What Youll Do :

We are looking for a versatile Software Engineer with a strong foundation in backend systems and mobile development.

Your primary focus will be designing and developing high-volume, low-latency Java Spring Boot microservices that power our healthcare communication ecosystem.

Secondarily, you will contribute to our Flutter mobile application, ensuring a seamless connection between our complex backend logic and the end-user experience.

What You Will Work On :

- Backend Excellence : Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

- Mobile Integration : Develop and optimize mobile features using Flutter.

- System Architecture : Contribute to all phases of the product lifecycle within a Microservices environment hosted on Azure.

- Data & Infrastructure : Work with MongoDB and ensure services are efficiently containerized using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Collaborative Development : Work with cross-functional teams to define APIs and ship features that facilitate secure provider-to-provider communication.

- Quality Assurance : Write testable, efficient code and participate in rigorous code reviews to maintain high standards in a regulated healthcare environment.

The Skills and Qualifications You'll Need

Primary Technical Skills (Backend Focus) :

- Experience : 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software development.

- Core Backend : Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework.

- Architecture : Proven experience building RESTful APIs and working within Microservices architectures.

- Databases : Solid understanding of database queries; experience with MongoDB is highly preferred.

- Tools : Expert knowledge of Git for version control.

Secondary Technical Skills (Mobile) :

- Flutter : Hands-on experience developing mobile applications using the Flutter framework and Dart.

- Deployment : Familiarity with the full mobile development life cycle.

Preferred/Optional Skills :

- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.

- Experience with Azure cloud services.

- Previous experience in the Healthcare domain (HIPAA compliance, secure messaging).

- Experience with Agile methodologies.
