Role Overview :

Ekfrazo Technologies is looking for a Technical Business Analyst (TBA) who can effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and supporting the delivery of SaaS, Web, and Mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Requirements & Business Analysis :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements.

- Convert business needs into clear functional specs, technical requirements, and user stories.

- Produce and maintain BRD, FRD, SRS, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.

- Assess current systems to identify gaps and recommend process/technology improvements.

2. Technical Coordination :

- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers throughout the SDLC.

- Support solution design for SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and data flows.

- Serve as the primary requirements clarifier during development, testing, and deployment.

- Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.

3. Domain Responsibilities :

- SaaS : Define requirements for multi-tenancy, subscription models, billing logic, scalability, and performance SLAs.

- Web Apps : Specify user journeys, backend integrations, security controls, and performance benchmarks.

- Mobile Apps : Outline mobile-specific workflows, API interactions, and ensure feature parity across iOS/Android.

4. Quality & Delivery Support :

- Review delivered features against requirements to ensure alignment.

- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage/resolution.

- Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements to released functionality.

- Contribute to release notes and change management documentation.

5. Communication & Stakeholder Management :

- Act as primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.

- Facilitate requirement workshops, demos, and review sessions.

- Provide regular status updates and manage scope changes with impact analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1. Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Experience & Skills :

- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

3. Technical Knowledge :

- Hands-on experience with SaaS-based applications, Web technologies, REST APIs, and Mobile application development concepts.

- Basic understanding of system architecture, databases, and integrations.

4. Tools & Platforms :

- Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

- Documentation and modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io).

- API testing tools such as Postman (preferred).

Good to Have :

- Experience working in a product or startup environment.

- Exposure to UI/UX collaboration and wireframing tools (Figma/Balsamiq).

- Agile or Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA).
