ServiceNow Lead Developer / Architect

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer / Architect with 12+ years of experience to lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise across the ServiceNow platform, with deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, application development, integrations, and enterprise IT workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and best practices across the ServiceNow platform.

- Design scalable and maintainable ServiceNow applications and workflows.

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, business rules, scripts, and integrations.

- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.

- Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural solutions.

- Mentor developers and contribute to technical capability building within the team.

Required Technical Skills :

- 12+ years of overall ServiceNow experience with strong hands-on development expertise.

- Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture, application design, and development.

- Strong expertise in any 2 or more of the following ServiceNow modules : ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, Now Assist, ServiceNow Integrations, Custom Applications.

- Strong proficiency in : JavaScript, Glide APIs, ServiceNow scripting, REST/SOAP integrations, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts and UI Policies, ServiceNow workflows and application development.

- Experience designing enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions and integrations.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, architecture principles, and development standards.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

- Experience in technical leadership or solution architecture roles.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS or CTA would be an advantage.
