Role Overview :

- Lead and manage enterprise SaaS implementation projects for data privacy platforms

- Drive cross-functional coordination across legal, privacy, IT, and product teams

- Own planning, execution, and delivery of complex, compliance-driven technology programs

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and manage end-to-end delivery of Security platform implementation and enhancements

- Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps, timelines, and milestones

- Coordinate with Legal, Privacy, IT, Product, and external vendors

- Manage integration initiatives with enterprise systems and consumer data platforms

- Drive implementation of consent management and data privacy modules

- Track deliverables, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans

- Ensure timely preparation of requirements, design, and solution documentation

- Facilitate governance meetings, stakeholder reviews, and decision forums

- Monitor project progress and provide clear status reporting to leadership

- Ensure alignment with global data privacy and compliance objectives

- On-time delivery of Security platform integrations and modules

- Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment

- Reduction of project risks and dependency-related delays

- Accuracy and completeness of project plans and documentation

Required Experience & Qualifications :

- 10-12 years of experience in technical project or program management

- Proven experience managing enterprise SaaS or data privacy platforms

- Strong background working with global stakeholders and compliance-driven programs

Skill Sets :

- Technical project management and PMO leadership

- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and system integrations

- Experience with data privacy, consent management, and compliance initiatives

- Knowledge of enterprise data platforms such as Salesforce and data lakes

- Risk, dependency, and stakeholder management expertise

- Excellent planning, documentation, and reporting skills

- Strong communication and facilitation abilities

- Ability to work independently in a remote, global delivery model
