About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Ariba Consultant to lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of SAP Ariba solutions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering end-to-end SAP Ariba implementations, integrating Ariba with SAP S/4HANA, and enabling seamless procurement processes across sourcing, contracting, supplier lifecycle management, and procure-to-pay.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation projects.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Ariba solutions.

- Configure and implement SAP Ariba modules based on business needs.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, procurement teams, and technical consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

- Design and implement procurement workflows, supplier onboarding, and approval processes.

- Integrate SAP Ariba with SAP S/4HANA using SAP Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).

- Support supplier enablement activities and Business Network integrations.

- Configure Guided Buying, Buying & Invoicing, and Procurement workflows.

- Coordinate testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.

- Prepare solution documentation, functional specifications, and training materials.

- Ensure adherence to SAP implementation methodologies and best practices.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years of relevant SAP Ariba experience.

- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation projects.

- Strong hands-on experience in:

1. SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

2. SAP Ariba Sourcing & Contracts

3. SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)

4. SAP Business Network

5. Guided Buying

6. Buying & Invoicing

- Strong experience with:

1. SAP Ariba CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)

2. SAP S/4HANA MM Integration

3. CPI or SAP PI/PO Integration

4. Supplier Enablement

5. Approval Workflow Configuration

- Strong understanding of procurement business processes and sourcing lifecycle.

- Experience working in Agile and ASAP implementation methodologies.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP Ariba Certification (Mandatory/Preferred).

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Procurement and Materials Management (MM).

- Exposure to global procurement transformation projects.

- Experience in large enterprise implementations.

Preferred Certifications :

- SAP Certified Application Associate SAP Ariba.

- SAP S/4HANA Procurement Certification (Preferred).

- Agile or Scrum Certification (Preferred).
