Role Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Apex, along with hands?on expertise in integrations, workflow automation, Agentforce, and GitHub-based DevOps.

The ideal candidate will design and build scalable Salesforce solutions, collaborate with cross?functional teams, and help deliver modern, AI?enabled CRM experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and declarative tools.

- Build responsive, reusable UI components using Lightning Web Components.

- Customize and extend Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features including :

- Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts.

- Cases, Service Console, Omnichannel, CTI (preferred).

- Implement Salesforce best practices for performance, security, and scalability.

Automation & Workflow :

- Implement and optimize automation using :

- Flows (Screen, Record?Triggered, Scheduled).

- Workflow Rules and Process Builder (legacy support).

- Approval Processes.

- Ensure seamless orchestration of business processes across cloud modules.

Integrations :

- Design and develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Integrate Salesforce with third?party systems (ERP, portals, middleware, etc.

- Handle data migration, transformation, and synchronization.

- Ensure error handling, logging, and monitoring of integrations.

Agentforce & AI Enablement :

- Configure and customize Agentforce for AI?driven service and sales use cases.

- Integrate Agentforce with Service Cloud workflows and knowledge.

- Support conversational AI, automation, and agent productivity enhancements.

DevOps & Collaboration :

- Use GitHub for source control, code versioning, and collaboration.

- Work with SFDX and CI/CD pipelines for deployments.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and release management.

- Work closely with admins, architects, QA, and business stakeholders in Agile teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands?on experience with :

- Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Apex, SOQL, SOSL.

- Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.

- Solid experience in API?based integrations.

- Expertise in Flows and Salesforce automation.

- Working experience with Agentforce.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security :

- Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Sharing Rules.

Tools & Platform :

- Experience using GitHub for version control.

- Familiarity with SFDX, CI/CD pipelines.

- Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance tuning.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem's olving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder interaction abilities.

- Ability to work independently and in collaborative Agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

Salesforce Certifications :

- Platform Developer I / II.

- JavaScript Developer I.

- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant.

- Exposure to enterprise's cale Salesforce implementations.
