About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO to drive governance and delivery excellence across enterprise Data & AI, Technology, and Cybersecurity transformation initiatives.

This role will act as a strategic delivery partner to Digital Leadership, ensuring effective programme governance, portfolio visibility, financial tracking, vendor management, and executive reporting.

This is a senior PMO and programme governance role and not a technical engineering position.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead PMO governance for large-scale Digital Transformation programmes across Data & AI, Technology, and Cybersecurity.

- Develop and maintain programme plans, governance frameworks, and portfolio dashboards.

- Manage programme schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions (RAID).

- Track programme budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and financial performance.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business teams, and System Integrators (SIs) to ensure timely delivery.

- Provide portfolio visibility and executive reporting through regular governance reviews and status updates.

- Drive vendor governance, performance monitoring, and delivery management.

- Facilitate steering committee meetings and leadership governance forums.

- Ensure cross-functional dependencies are identified, tracked, and resolved proactively.

- Support change management and adoption activities while embedding cybersecurity considerations into programme delivery.

- Monitor programme health, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.

- Ensure adherence to project governance standards, methodologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 58 years of experience in PMO, Programme Management, or Project Governance within large-scale Digital or Technology transformation programmes.

- Strong experience in :

1. Programme Governance

2. Portfolio Planning & Reporting

3. RAID Management

4. Budgeting & Financial Tracking

5. Executive Reporting

6. Vendor & System Integrator Management

7. Stakeholder Management

- Proficiency in Microsoft Project (or equivalent project planning tools).

- Advanced Microsoft Excel and portfolio reporting capabilities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Professional fluency in English.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience supporting Data & AI, Cloud, or Cybersecurity transformation programmes.

- Exposure to enterprise carve-out or business separation programmes.

- Experience working in Pharmaceutical, Consumer Healthcare, or other regulated industries.

- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

- Strong understanding of PMO best practices and governance frameworks.

Preferred Certifications :

- PMP

- PRINCE2

- MSP (Managing Successful Programmes)

- Or equivalent Project/Programme Management certification
