About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled BMC Helix / Remedy Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITSM development, customization, and support. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and enhance scalable IT service management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure, customize, and support BMC Helix ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Service Request Management.

- Develop and maintain CMDB (Configuration Management Database), including reconciliation, normalization, and data quality management.

- Customize and implement BMC Digital Workplace (DWP/DWP Advanced), including catalog services, workflows, and UI enhancements.

- Build and manage AR System objects such as forms, active links, filters, escalations, menus, and views.

- Develop integrations with external systems using REST APIs, web services, and Atrium Integrator or similar tools.

- Perform application enhancements, upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Provide production support including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.

- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices, governance standards, and security policies.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM / Remedy AR System

- Experience in CMDB (Atrium) management and data handling

- Proficiency in AR development (forms, workflows, filters, escalations)

- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations

- Good understanding of ITIL processes

Preferred Qualifications:

- ITIL Certification

- Experience with BMC Digital Workplace (DWP/DWP Advanced)

- Exposure to cloud-based Helix environments

- Basic understanding of performance tuning and system upgrades

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Good to Have:

- Experience in enterprise-scale ITSM implementations

- Knowledge of automation or scripting tools
