Are you a passionate Agile advocate who thrives on leading team transformations, removing blockers, and driving value delivery? We're looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Coach to empower our development teams and champion Agile best practices! In this role, you'll serve as a servant leader to our engineering teams, bridge traditional Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and partner closely with Product Owners and senior leadership to ensure smooth software delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Coach & Facilitate : Guide Scrum teams through Agile principles, ceremonies, and continuous improvement while fostering transparency and accountability.

- Blocker Resolution : Identify and remove team impediments to maintain team velocity and focus on sprint goals.

- Agile Governance & Metrics : Manage Azure Boards, track team velocity, and radiate performance metrics to key stakeholders.

- Bridge Frameworks : Support our ongoing Agile transformation by aligning Waterfall and Agile delivery models where needed.

- Workday Integration Alignment : Support teams delivering Workday solutions (Studio, Extend, EIB).

What We're Looking For :

- Experience : 1 - 3 years in an Agile environment (SAFe experience is a big plus!).

- Domain Knowledge : Experience with or exposure to Workday integrations (Studio, Extend, EIB).

- Tooling : Strong proficiency in Azure Boards, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.

- Certifications (Preferred) : CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO, CSP, or SAFe.

- Soft Skills : Exceptional facilitation, coaching, organizational change management, and stakeholder communication skills.
