Job Summary :

Seeking a Specialist with 8 years of experience in PowerShell and Gearset to drive automation and develop CI/CD pipelines within our environment.

Job Description :

- Develop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Gearset to support seamless software delivery.

- Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate deployment, configuration, and operational tasks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance DevOps processes and improve system reliability.

- Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline executions and deployment issues to ensure high availability.

- Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance requirements in all DevOps activities.

- Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to optimize DevOps workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design and manage end-to-end Gearset pipelines for various application deployments and automate repetitive tasks and deployment processes using PowerShell scripts.

- Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to coordinate releases and deployments.

- Implement branching strategies and version control best practices within Gearset repositories.

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Gearset and scripting practices.

- Document DevOps processes, configurations, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing.

- Participate in incident management and root cause analysis related to deployment failures.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance deployment speed, quality, and reliability.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of work experience with PowerShell.

- 5+ years of work experience with Salesforce.com.

- 5+ years of work experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
