Job Title : Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Lead

Location : PAN India (Hybrid)

Experience : 8 to 12+ Years (with technical leadership experience)

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days

Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Lead to design, develop, and deliver end-to-end field service solutions on the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in FSL configuration, customization, and integrations, along with the ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize field service operations.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Salesforce FSL Development :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce Field Service Lightning

- Configure and customize :

1. Work Orders & Service Appointments

2. Service Territories & Scheduling Policies

3. Workforce Management (skills, absences, capacity planning)

- Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Flows

- Build automation using Flow Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes

2. Field Service Functional Capabilities :

- Implement and optimize :

1. Intelligent Scheduling & Optimization

2. Field Service Mobile App (iOS/Android)

3. Offline Data Sync & Mobile Configurations

4. Work Order Lifecycle & Dispatch Console

- Support industry use cases across Utilities, Manufacturing, Telecom, Energy, Healthcare, and Logistics

3. Integrations & Data Management :

- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and MuleSoft (preferred)

- Integrate Salesforce FSL with :

1. ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)

2. IoT platforms

3. Inventory & Asset Management systems

- Manage data migration and synchronization using Data Loader, ETL tools, and APIs

4. Leadership & Delivery :

- Lead technical architecture, solution design, and code reviews

- Provide mentorship and guidance to development teams

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and QA teams

- Drive sprint planning, effort estimation, and risk management

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance

5. DevOps & Quality Assurance :

- Implement DevOps processes using Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines

- Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and deployment planning

- Ensure scalable, high-quality, and maintainable solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Salesforce Expertise :

- Strong experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)

- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow Builder

- Deep understanding of Salesforce security (OWD, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules)

- Experience with Salesforce Mobile configurations and offline capabilities

Technical & Domain Skills :

- Strong understanding of field service operations and workforce management

- Hands-on experience with scheduling, optimization, and dispatching

- Solid experience with integrations and data management

- Familiarity with governor limits and performance optimization

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications :

Salesforce Certifications :

- Field Service Lightning Accredited Professional

- Platform Developer I / II

- Service Cloud Consultant

- Technical Architect (preferred for Lead role)

- Experience in large-scale or regulated enterprise environments

Additional Requirements :

- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce FSL

- 5+ years of Salesforce.com development experience

- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days notice preferred
