Job Description :

Develop and customize Pega applications according to business requirements.

- Utilize Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) and Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) skills to build scalable and efficient solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Pega applications.

- Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions.

- Maintain documentation related to Pega development and configurations.

- Work in an Agile-Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software on time.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and deploy Pega applications ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Lead the development efforts leveraging CSA and CSSA expertise.

- Analyze complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions.

- Collaborate with business analysts, testers and other stakeholders.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
