Role : Tech Lead - Software Engineer

Role Overview :

We are looking for an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with 5-7 years of experience, including 3+ years in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities :

- Mandatory hands-on experience with SCM modules, especially Order Management Cloud.

- Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.

- Support data migration, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.

- Troubleshoot functional issues and collaborate with technical teams.

- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.

- Lead client throughout implementation and support phases.

- Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions.

- Provide ERP functional consulting and training at customer sites.

Requirements :

- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.

- Solution design, execute SIT, UAT testing, and training of business and core users.

- Collect and analyze business requirements for the Finance department of the customer.

- Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly.

- Ensure that project deliverables meet customer specifications.

- Resolve Oracle-related queries and issues in a timely fashion.

- Collaborate with different tracks and teams to provide a holistic solution.

- Work with the documentation team to develop user guides and training materials.

- Create and manage documentation related to desktop manuals, test scenarios, test conditions, and test scripts.

- Perform daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.

- Provide production support for month-end close activities.

- Plan and perform various test cycles like integration testing and system testing.
