Job Summary :

The Finacle Techno-Functional Lead is responsible for leading end-to-end implementation, enhancement, support, and integration of the Finacle Core Banking Solution. The role bridges business requirements and technical implementation while managing stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of banking transformation initiatives.

Functional Responsibilities :

- Lead requirement gathering workshops with business users and stakeholders.

- Analyze business requirements and prepare BRD, FRD, and solution design documents.

- Configure and customize Finacle modules based on business requirements.

- Provide functional expertise in CASA, Deposits, Loans, Payments (ACH, RTGS, SWIFT), Trade Finance, General Ledger, and Customer Information Management.

- Support product parameterization and business process optimization.

- Coordinate SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production support.

Technical Responsibilities :

- Lead Finacle customization and enhancement activities.

- Develop and review Finacle scripts, PL/SQL, Shell scripts, batch jobs, and menu customization.

- Design and support API integrations with surrounding banking applications.

- Coordinate Finacle upgrades, patches, and production deployments.

- Perform performance tuning and root cause analysis.

- Review technical designs and ensure adherence to development standards.

Project & Delivery Management :

- Lead onsite and offshore delivery teams.

- Prepare project plans and monitor milestones.

- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

- Coordinate with business, QA, infrastructure, vendors, and implementation partners.

- Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.

Production Support :

- Lead L2/L3 production support activities.

- Handle critical incidents and major problem management.

- Ensure SLA compliance.

- Perform RCA and implement permanent fixes.

- Coordinate EOD/BOD support and production releases.

Leadership Responsibilities :

- Mentor technical and functional consultants.

- Review deliverables and ensure quality standards.

- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

- Drive continuous improvement and process automation.

- Support resource planning and team development.

Tech Stack :

- Finacle Core Banking (10.x/11.x), Finacle Scripting, Oracle SQL & PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, UNIX/Linux, Web Services (REST/SOAP), API Integration, Oracle Database, Batch Processing, Git/Version Control, Jira/Confluence, DevOps and CI/CD (preferred).

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- Finacle certification (preferred).

- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification (preferred).
