Job Title : BPM Administrator (IBM BPM/BAW)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced BPM Administrator to manage and support IBM BPM/BAW platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of BPM systems through effective administration, monitoring, and incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide 247 Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support for IBM BPM/BAW platforms

- Perform system administration, including installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades

- Conduct performance tuning, monitoring, and optimization of BPM environments

- Handle incident management and resolution, ensuring minimal downtime

- Coordinate with OEM/vendor for PMRs (Problem Management Records) and issue resolution

- Manage Data Center (DC) Disaster Recovery (DR) operations, including :

1. DR drills

2. Switchover and failover processes

- Ensure SLA compliance and adherence to operational standards

- Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and system logs

- Provide knowledge transfer (KT) and support to internal teams

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in IBM BPM / IBM BAW administration

- Hands-on expertise in system upgrades, patching, and deployments

- Good understanding of middleware technologies, application servers (WebSphere preferred)

- Experience with performance monitoring and troubleshooting tools

- Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments

- Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL framework)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in DC-DR setup and execution

- Exposure to automation/scripting (Shell, Python) is a plus

- Certification in IBM BPM/BAW or related technologies
