- 5 - 7 years of experience as Oracle SCM Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades.

- Mandatory hands on experience with SCM modules especially Order Management cloud module.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.

- Support data migration, SIT, UAT, and go live activities.

- Troubleshoot functional issues and work with technical teams to resolve them.

- Provide end user training and post go live support.

- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.

- Solution design, execute SIT, UAT testing and training of business and core users.

- Collect and analyze business requirements for the Finance department of the customer.

- Identify functional gaps and provide corrective actions.

- Respond to the customer queries and concerns promptly.

- Ensure that project deliverables meet customer specifications.

- Resolve Oracle related queries and issues of customer in a timely fashion.

- Provide ERP functional consulting and training at customer sites.

- Lead client throughout implementation and support phases.

- Collaborate with different tracks and team to provide a holistic solution.

- Work with documentation team to develop user guides and training materials.

- Create and manage documentation as appropriate related to creation of desktop manuals, test scenarios, test conditions, and test scripts.

- Perform daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.

- Provide production support for month end close activities.

- Plan and perform various test cycles like integration testing, and system testing.
