Job Title : EIS Senior Developer

Experience Summary :

- 6 - 12 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years working on Exigen Insurance Suite (EIS) or similar insurance COTS platforms.

- EIS V20 is mandatory

- Property & Casualty domain knowledge is a plus

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and customize EIS modules across policy, billing, and claims domains according to business requirements.

- Implement business rules, workflows, UI screens, and integrations within the EIS platform.

- Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and defect resolution.

- Support deployment activities and post-production support as needed.

- Maintain documentation related to design, development, and configuration.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Hands-on experience with EIS development tools, scripting languages, and configuration frameworks.

- Knowledge of insurance domain processes (policy, claims, billing).

- Familiarity with integration technologies such as web services, APIs, and middleware.

- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization is a plus.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
