eFront Report Developer

Location : Pune / Chennai / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Bangalore / Noida (Hybrid 23 days/week from office)

Shift : 11 :00 AM 8 :00 PM IST (Flexibility required based on project overlap)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled eFront Report Developer with strong expertise in eFront reporting tools and investment domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex reports within the eFront platform, supporting private equity and fund administration business functions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain reports using FrontScript and FrontReport within the eFront platform

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements

- Translate functional requirements into technical reporting logic and solutions

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports

- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data teams, and end users

- Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of reporting solutions

- Support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of existing reports

- Participate in Agile ceremonies where applicable

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in eFront reporting and development

Strong hands-on expertise in :

- FrontScript (Mandatory)

- FrontReport (Mandatory)

- eFront Invest platform

- Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts

Strong understanding of :

- Fund Administration

- Investment Accounting

- Private Equity / Closed-ended fund structures

- Experience in translating business requirements into technical deliverables

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills

- Ability to work independently and interact with global stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with ETL processes / Data Warehousing concepts

- Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments

- Prior experience in financial services, asset management, or investment banking domain

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- High attention to detail, especially with financial data

- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
