Job Description :
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
- Utilize tools like JIRA and Confluence for tracking and managing requirements.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements in alignment with Agile best practices.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and drive consensus.
- Maintain transparent communication channels with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize solutions.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centric designs.
- Employ modeling techniques such as UML and BPMN for process visualization.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Utilize tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI for data extraction and visualization.
- Develop and execute test cases to validate solutions against requirements.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams.
- Provide ongoing support and address any issues or concerns post-implementation.
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong experience with requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or IBM Rational DOORS.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- MBA, Engineering degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with database querying using SQL.
- Exposure to client-facing roles and enterprise-level solutions
