Job Summary :

EffiaSoft is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with mandatory Travel Domain expertise to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging business requirements and technical solutions, working closely with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams to deliver high-quality travel technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements by interacting with internal and external stakeholders

- Prepare clear and detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD)

- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to translate business needs into technical requirements

- Work on API integrations, including REST APIs, data mapping, and understanding system-to-system interactions

- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives

- Support the development lifecycle by clarifying requirements, validating solutions, and assisting with UAT

- Ensure requirements traceability and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle

- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery

- Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies and proactively communicate them to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Travel Domain (mandatory)

- Strong expertise in BRD, FSD, and requirement documentation

- Hands-on experience with API integrations, REST APIs, and data mapping

- Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams
