Job Description :

- 5 years of strong experience in IBM Sterling Integrator, EDI.

- Collaborate with client's internal specialists and external trading partners to troubleshoot complex mapping, AS2, or SFP setups and issues.

- Automate EDI workflows.

- Should have some experience on IBM Sterling Integrator.

- Experience on Trusted Link is optional.

- Analyse document flows to find opportunities for system and performance enhancements.

- Improve customer onboarding by finding ways to automate common tasks.

- Identify and create key metrics to improve observability and monitoring.

- Participate in testing and validation activities.

- Experience in 850, 855, 810, 856, 832, 824, 823, 852, 214, 820, 845, 867, 861 EDI

- Willing to work in 24x7 shifts on rotational basis.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, proactive, self-starter and motivated.

- Conduct root-cause analysis and propose a corrective action plan.
