Job Overview :

The EDI Analyst is responsible for supporting EDI integration solutions and new trading partner onboardings. This includes implementing EDI pipeline initiatives and managing integrations with True Commerce Foundry and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

In this role, you will collaborate with corporate IT, solution integrators, business associates, and customers to deliver technology solutions that drive efficiency and add value across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support business needs related to electronic communications with trading partners across all business areas

- Provide production support for integrations between True Commerce Foundry and Microsoft Dynamics 365

- Coordinate with third party EDI providers, particularly True Commerce

- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with business associates

- Manage multiple tasks and requests across various business areas and regions

- Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 upgrades, including regression testing

Technical Competencies :

- Knowledge of Order to Cash (OTC) and supply chain lifecycle processes

- Strong understanding of Trading Partner Mapping Guidelines and Standards

- Experience integrating order processing workflows across ERP and third party systems

- Strong business process acumen for diagnosing issues and translating business needs into technical requirements

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills; adaptable and responsive in a fast paced environment

- Ability to configure and manage trading partners within True Commerce Foundry and Microsoft Dynamics 365

Education & Experience :

- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience

- Strong understanding of business processes and the application of technology

- Minimum 3 years of EDI experience, including strong exposure to Supply Chain, OTC, and integration workflows

- Minimum 3 years of experience with True Commerce Foundry and Microsoft Dynamics D365 integrations
