Total Experience: 5 - 10 years

Experience:

- 5+ years in EDI/B2B integration with direct ownership of partner onboarding, mapping, and production support in a multi-partner environment.

- Experience in configuring iDOCS in SAP, setting up Partner Profiles.

Standards & Protocols:

- Proficiency in ANSI X12 and/or EDIFACT; acknowledgments (997/CONTRL); communications (AS2, SFTP/FTPS, OFTP2); encryption/signing (TLS, PGP, X.509).

Integration & Data:

- Strong mapping/transformation experience (X12/EDIFACT/VDA/XML/JSON/CSV); ERP integration patterns (e.g., SAP IDoc/Proxy, flat files, APIs); SQL for analysis and troubleshooting.

Operations:

- Demonstrated incident management, RCA/CAPA, and change/release practices within SLA-driven environments.

Skills/Knowledge:

- Excellent team player skills, with strong oral and written communication skills.

- Knowledge of cloud architecture and integration security standards (e.g., OAuth, SAML, X.509 certificates).

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

- Organized and thorough in the planning and execution of their work.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Strong time-management skills - has the ability to multi-task.

- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
