Delivery Lead - BFSI

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead - BFSI to lead end-to-end technology delivery and transformation initiatives within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance domain.

The ideal candidate should have strong BFSI domain expertise, proven leadership experience, and a track record of managing large technology projects, client relationships, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end delivery of technology projects, programs, and BFSI transformation initiatives.

- Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, scope, and delivery objectives.

- Manage senior-level client, business, and technology stakeholders and ensure effective communication.

- Lead and mentor large, cross-functional technology teams across multiple functions.

- Drive delivery governance, including risks, dependencies, issues, escalations, and mitigation plans.

- Collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into successful technology solutions and outcomes.

- Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, methodologies, and operational practices.

- Support strategic technology initiatives and contribute to long-term client relationships and business growth.

- Provide leadership-level reporting, governance, and delivery insights to senior management.

Key Requirements :

- 15+ years of overall experience with strong exposure to the BFSI domain.

- Proven experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, or Project Management at a leadership level.

- Experience managing technology projects, digital transformation programs, or technology-enabled BFSI initiatives.

- Strong client-facing experience with excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.

- Proven experience managing large, cross-functional technology teams.

- Strong understanding of BFSI processes such as :

1. Banking

2. KYC

3. AML

4. Compliance

5. Payments

6. Lending

7. Financial Services

- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and escalation-management skills.

- Ability to work effectively with senior business, technology, and client stakeholders.

Education :

- Master's degree is mandatory.

- MBA/Postgraduate degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline preferred.

- MBA from a recognized institution will be an added advantage
