EBS Techno Functional - SCM

Role Overview :

As an EBS Techno Functional Consultant specializing in Supply Chain Management (SCM), you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle EBS solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective and efficient system configurations and custom solutions. Your expertise will directly impact the optimization of our clients' supply chain processes, leading to improved efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze client's business requirements related to SCM processes and translate them into functional specifications and technical designs.

- Configure and customize Oracle EBS SCM modules (e.g., Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Supply Chain Planning) to meet specific business needs.

- Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE) using Oracle development tools (e.g., PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, OAF).

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS SCM modules, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure seamless integration between SCM modules and other Oracle EBS modules.

- Conduct system testing and user training to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Oracle EBS solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EBS releases and technologies, and recommend improvements to existing systems.

- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support on technical and functional aspects of Oracle EBS SCM.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle EBS solutions.

- Proven expertise in configuring and customizing Oracle EBS SCM modules, including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning.

- Strong proficiency in Oracle development tools, such as PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and OAF.

- Excellent understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and integration with other modules.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Adaptable to work in a hybrid work environment based out of Hyderabad.

- Minimum of 8- 12 years of experience working with Oracle EBS SCM.
