Job Title : EAM / FSM Consultant (Java)

Location : Hyderabad

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled EAM / FSM Consultant with strong Java/J2EE expertise to work on enterprise-grade solutions within the utilities domain.

This role involves delivering scalable and efficient solutions that address real-world operational challenges while working on modern enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, customize, and support EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and FSM (Field Service Management) solutions.

- Work on platforms such as IBM Maximo, ServiceNow FSM, Salesforce Field Service, IFS, KloudGin, or similar tools.

- Design, develop, and enhance applications using Java/J2EE technologies.

- Configure workflows, dashboards, reports, and custom modules/objects.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Ensure seamless integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications.

- Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in EAM / FSM implementations.

- Hands-on experience with platforms like Maximo, ServiceNow FSM, Salesforce Field Service (SFS), IFS, or KloudGin.

- Strong development experience in Java/J2EE.

- Experience working in the utilities domain (electricity, water, gas).

- Good understanding of workflows, configurations, and system integrations.

- Knowledge of MongoDB is an added advantage.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in agile environments.

- Exposure to cloud platforms and microservices architecture is a plus
