We are seeking a seasoned EAM/CMMS Consultant with 710 years of experience to drive the efficiency and integrity of our Enterprise Asset Management ecosystem. This role serves as the critical bridge between maintenance operations, plant engineering, and IT, ensuring that our asset management systems align perfectly with industrial workflows. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of CMMS processes, from initial requirement gathering to post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Process & System Support : Lead the functional support for EAM/CMMS platforms, ensuring robust management of asset master data, work order lifecycles, and preventive/predictive maintenance schedules.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with plant managers, maintenance leads, and IT teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable system configurations.

- Asset Data Integrity : Oversee the accuracy of equipment hierarchies, spare parts linkages, and technical specifications within the system.

- Deployment & Stabilization : Execute critical phases of system rollouts, including data cutover, production validation, and hypercare support during post-deployment phases.

- Issue Resolution : Act as the Tier 3 functional expert to analyze and resolve complex process bottlenecks and system errors.

- Documentation & Training : Author comprehensive SOPs, user manuals, and functional design documents. Conduct knowledge transfer (KT) sessions to empower end-users at the plant level.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Experience : 710 years of direct experience in CMMS/EAM functional consultancy or maintenance systems management.

- Domain Knowledge : Deep understanding of Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO), including corrective, preventive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.

- Implementation Lifecycle : Proven track record in at least two full-cycle EAM implementations or major upgrade initiatives.

- Technical Literacy : Ability to navigate enterprise integrations and understand how data flows.

- Analytical Mindset : Strong capability in analyzing maintenance KPIs to suggest system-driven process improvements

- With a strong focus on supporting CMMS/EAM processes and system activities related to maintenance and asset management.

- The role involves working closely with business, plant, and IT stakeholders to understand workflows and system requirements, while supporting asset master data, work orders, preventive maintenance, and equipment-related processes.

- Key expectations include analyzing and resolving functional and process issues, assisting with cutover, production validation, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization, and preparing process documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials.

- Experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance environments, enterprise integrations, and maintenance transformation initiatives is preferred.
