Description :
We're looking for motivated, organized, and independent team members.
This position requires good communication skills and the ability to quickly pick up new technologies.
We are seeking a Solution Architect with deep expertise in application development and geospatial visualization systems to lead the design and implementation of EagleViewOne our next-generation web-based geospatial visualization and property intelligence platform.
Similar in scope to Google Earth and advanced 3D vector visualization applications, EagleViewOne is designed to deliver scalable, high-performance, and intuitive user experiences for property intelligence and geospatial data insights.
The Solution Architect will play a pivotal role in defining the system architecture, guiding development teams, ensuring adherence to industry best practices, and driving innovation in performance optimization, cloud-native architecture, and 3D visualization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Architectural Leadership :
- Define and own the end-to-end application architecture for EagleViewOne, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
- Partner with engineering leads to translate business and product requirements into robust technical designs.
- Establish architectural blueprints, coding standards, and design patterns for large-scale geospatial applications.
Application Development Focus :
- Lead the design of web-based geospatial visualization systems, integrating advanced rendering, 3D vector visualization, and real-time data layers.
- Ensure seamless integration with property intelligence data pipelines, APIs, and analytics systems.
- Guide performance optimization strategies to support real-time visualization at scale.
Technology Strategy & Best Practices :
- Evaluate and select frameworks, libraries, and cloud-native technologies aligned with industry best practices (e.g., microservices, containerization, CI/CD, observability).
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in geospatial visualization, 3D rendering engines, and cloud application development.
- Define security, compliance, and governance standards within the architecture.
Collaboration & Mentorship:
- Partner with Product Management, UX/UI, and Engineering teams to deliver a cohesive application experience.
- Mentor engineers, promote technical excellence, and foster a culture of innovation and best practices.
Required Experience :
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Application Architect, or Senior Software Engineer working on large-scale, high-performance web applications.
- Strong background in geospatial systems, 3D visualization, or similar platforms (experience with technologies like CesiumJS, WebGL, Three.js, or MapboxGL preferred).
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid programming experience in modern web application stacks (e.g., TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js, .NET, or similar).
- Deep understanding of performance optimization, caching strategies, and scalable data pipelines for geospatial applications.
- Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, streaming data services, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance in enterprise-grade applications.
Preferred Experience :
- Hands-on experience with geospatial data formats (GeoJSON, shapefiles, raster/vector tiles).
- Knowledge of 3D rendering frameworks and GPU optimization techniques.
- Background in property intelligence, GIS, or real-estate technology platforms.
- Experience working in Agile/Scaled Agile development environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
