Position Overview :

We are looking for a talented Product Manager to drive the development and evolution of our cloud services portfolio. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative cloud solutions to market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and prioritize the product roadmap for our cloud services portfolio, based on market analysis, customer feedback, and business objectives.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to develop and launch new cloud services, features, and enhancements.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation within the cloud services landscape.

- Work closely with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into product planning and development.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of our cloud services, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance.

- Act as a subject matter expert on cloud computing trends, technologies, and best practices, both internally and externally.

- Serve as a champion for the customer, advocating for their needs and ensuring that our cloud services meet and exceed their expectations.

- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitive trends to inform product strategy and decision-making.

Required Qualifications :

- 3-6 years of experience in product management, with a focus on cloud services or related technologies.

- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, architectures, and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing cloud-based products or services from concept to delivery.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence cross-functional teams.

- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering innovative solutions that drive value and satisfaction.

- Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
