We are looking for an experienced Dynamics Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (MPOS/ePOS) to design, develop, customize, and support retail POS solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with MPOS/CPOS development, Retail Server, Hardware Station, and Retail SDK, along with strong troubleshooting skills in live retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, customize, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce MPOS/CPOS solutions.

- Design and implement customizations using the Retail SDK and extensibility framework.

- Configure and maintain Retail Server and Hardware Station components.

- Support production POS environments across multiple retail stores.

- Troubleshoot and resolve payment, deployment, and POS application issues.

- Build and maintain integrations with payment gateways and third-party applications.

- Coordinate with retail operations and support teams during production incidents.

- Participate in POS deployments, upgrades, and rollouts.

- Follow Agile development practices and contribute to sprint planning, code reviews, and releases.

- Ensure high availability, stability, and performance of POS systems.

Required Skills:

- 510 years of experience in MPOS/ePOS development.

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

- Good understanding of retail business processes and POS architecture.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce implementations.

- Exposure to Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Knowledge of SQL Server and REST APIs is an added advantage.
