Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 (NAV) Developer to join our growing team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance ERP solutions that drive operational efficiency for our global clientele. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical specifications. By leveraging your deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes, ensuring seamless system integrations, and delivering scalable solutions that directly impact our clients' bottom-line performance and digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and develop customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV environments to meet specific client business needs and improve process automation.

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and deployment, ensuring all deliverables align with industry best practices and quality standards.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and external systems using APIs and web services to create a unified and efficient data ecosystem for end-users.

- Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation phase, troubleshooting complex issues to minimize downtime and ensure system stability for stakeholders.

- Document technical designs and functional specifications clearly to facilitate knowledge transfer and long-term maintainability of the ERP environment.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated proficiency in C/AL and AL programming languages, with a strong command of the Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV development frameworks.

- Proven ability to design and implement complex customizations, reports, and data migrations while maintaining high standards of code quality and performance.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, essential for working effectively within a hybrid office environment in the Delhi NCR region.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering successful ERP projects within the 4 - 8 years experience range.
