We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant (Senior/Lead) to drive end-to-end CRM transformation initiatives and deliver business value through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder discussions

- Analyze business processes and perform fit-gap assessments

- Design and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions

- Prepare functional design documents, user stories, and process maps

- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data migration

- Configure workflows, dashboards, security roles, and Power Automate flows

- Support UAT, training, change management, and post-go-live activities

- Participate in presales, solution demonstrations, and effort estimations

- Mentor junior consultants and drive CRM best practices
