Job Description : Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant.

Role Summary : 5 to 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) - Sales, or Customer Service, hands on in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and customize Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service.

- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, BPFs, and security roles.

- Work on case management, SLAs, queues, and sales processes.

- Develop Power Apps (model-driven/canvas) and Power Automate flows.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.

- Support integrations with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and third-party systems.

- Provide UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) experience.

- Strong knowledge of Sales & Customer Service modules.

- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.

- Good understanding of CRM security and data model.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Soft Skills :

- Ability to work independently and lead solution discussions.
