Key Responsibilities :
- Business Process Optimization : Participate in ongoing reviews of complex business processes and develop robust optimization strategies, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency.
- Requirements Elicitation & Analysis : Lead and perform in-depth requirements analysis, gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders (clients, technical teams, management).
- Technical Documentation & Communication : Document and effectively communicate the results of your analysis, insights, and plans to cross-functional team members (developers, QA, project managers) and management. This includes creating detailed functional and non-functional requirements documents, user stories, and use cases.
- Solution Validation : Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff to ensure proposed and implemented solutions meet defined business needs and technical requirements.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) : Plan and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions align with business expectations and quality standards.
- Procedure Implementation & Maintenance : Update, implement, and maintain operational procedures and documentation.
- Prioritization & Liaison : Prioritize initiatives based on critical business needs and technical feasibility, serving as a key liaison between various business and technical stakeholders.
- Project Oversight : Contribute to ensuring the timely completion of projects, coordinating efforts and addressing roadblocks.
- Technical Consulting : Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, clarifying technical complexities for non-technical audiences and translating business needs into technical specifications.
Technical & Business Analyst Requirements :
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or a similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills, with experience in creating detailed reports, user stories, use cases, process flows (BPMN/UML), and functional specifications.
- Experience in giving clear and concise presentations to diverse audiences.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A strong track record of following through on commitments and managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL queries) and API integrations to effectively communicate with technical teams.
- Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their impact on solution design is a plus.
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts is desirable.
