- Configure and customise ServiceNow modules including CSM, ITSM, and HRSD.

- Design and implement workflows, SLAs, cases, incidents, and request management processes.

- Develop and maintain structured data using JSON and SQL for analysis and validation.

- Create realistic enterprise scenarios aligned with ServiceNow processes.

- Contribute to AI model training workflows and structured training data creation.

- Apply prompt engineering techniques to craft effective instructions and automation logic.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with clients when required.

- Ensure high-quality documentation and knowledge management practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 to 6 years of ServiceNow experience, with 2+ years in CSM, ITSM, and HRSD.

- Strong understanding of workflows, SLAs, incidents, and request handling.

- Proficiency in JSON and SQL.

- Experience in AI model training workflows and prompt engineering.

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills; customer-facing experience is a bonus.

Preferred Add-ons :

- ServiceNow CSA and CISITSM certifications.

- One of : CISCSM or CISHRSD.

- Exposure to AI/ML workflows or training data preparation.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering best practices.
