Job Description :

Core Technical & Platform Mastery :

- Duck Creek Policy Configuration : Deep functional knowledge of the Duck Creek Policy Module, including manuscript objects, validation rules, page layouts, forms, and product studio layers.

- Core Tech Stack : High proficiency in the platform's foundation technologies : XML, C#, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.

- Data & ETL Architecture : Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries and stored procedures to handle backend data extraction, transformation, and structural loading (ETL) for reporting.

- Integration Engineering : Proven track record developing and managing data pipelines connecting Duck Creek Policy to external ecosystems (Billing, Claims, and third-party payment gateways).

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Solutioning : Design, configure, and customize solutions within the Policy module to meet evolving insurance requirements and enhance overall platform scalability.

- Requirement Alignment : Partner directly with Business Analysts and Architects to dissect complex insurance requirements and convert them into clean architectural solutions.

- Code Quality & Review : Lead unit testing, active peer code reviews, and quality assurance gates to maintain platform reliability and prevent code bloat.

- Production Operations : Provide tier-3 root-cause analysis (RCA) to troubleshoot and resolve environmental, logic, or transactional bottlenecks, ensuring minimal operational downtime.

- Documentation Blueprinting : Author and update robust technical specifications, configuration manifests, and structural design logs.

- Continuous Modernization : Stay closely aligned with the latest Duck Creek product releases, SaaS-native updates, and patches to keep engineering methodologies highly optimized.
