About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Policy Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement solutions within the Duck Creek Policy module while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance system functionalities and drive business value. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the Duck Creek Policy module to meet business requirements and enhance system functionalities

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand, analyze, and translate requirements for Policy system enhancements and integrations

- Configure and customize Duck Creek Policy components to align with evolving business needs

- Develop and maintain integrations between Duck Creek Policy and external systems, including Claims, Billings, and third-party payment gateways

- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) operations

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and quality assurance activities to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users, providing timely support with minimal operational disruption

- Document technical specifications, design documents, and implementation details for system configurations and customizations

- Stay current with Duck Creek product releases, patches, and industry best practices for Policy module development

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
