You will serve as the primary technical authority, collaborating with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and client stakeholders to translate complex insurance requirements into scalable billing configurations.

Your work will directly influence the financial accuracy and operational efficiency of our clients' P&C insurance operations, ensuring seamless transaction processing and policy lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Duck Creek Billing solutions, ensuring alignment with client-specific financial workflows and regulatory requirements.

- Architect robust billing integrations between Duck Creek Billing and external policy or claims systems to ensure data consistency across the insurance value chain.

- Manage the configuration and customization of the Billing Center to support diverse payment plans, invoicing cycles, and commission structures.

- Oversee the technical delivery of Green Field projects, guiding the development team through complex migration and implementation phases.

- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and administrative support for Duck Creek environments, ensuring high availability and performance of billing modules.

- Collaborate with Duck Creek Claims and Policy development teams to maintain a unified architecture and seamless data flow across the platform.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Duck Creek Billing and Billing Center configuration, with a deep

understanding of P&C insurance financial processes.

- Proven ability to manage complex Billing Integrations and technical development cycles within the Duck Creek suite.

- Strong proficiency in Duck Creek Policy and Claims development, allowing for holistic system integration and cross-module functionality.

- Exceptional analytical skills to resolve intricate technical challenges and optimize system performance for large-scale insurance operations.

- Strong communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical development teams and non-technical business stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-stakes environment, managing multiple project streams across various locations including Gurgaon, Bangalore, Pune, Noida, Kolkata, and Delhi NCR.

- A minimum of 6 to 11 years of hands-on experience in the Duck Creek ecosystem, with a track record of delivering successful insurance technology projects.
