Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director / Principal - Oracle HCM Technical Lead to lead offshore technical delivery, architecture, and engineering excellence across our enterprise HR Technology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as the senior technical lead for Oracle Fusion HCM and related HR technology platforms.

- Define and govern technical architecture, integration strategies, and development standards.

- Lead technical delivery across Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.

- Oversee integration architecture using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services.

- Lead the development and optimization of enterprise HCM reporting solutions using BI Publisher and OTBI.

- Establish and enforce technical governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

- Manage offshore technical delivery, sprint planning, and team mentorship.

- Drive innovation through Redwood UX, Visual Builder Studio, and AI-driven capabilities.

Technical Skills :

- Oracle Fusion HCM architecture, HCM Extracts, HDL, and Fast Formulas.

- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.

- BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP).

- Oracle APEX, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and Redwood UX.

Qualifications :

- 12+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM.

- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect in large-scale implementations.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
