Job Description :

We are looking for a highly experienced SoC Verification Lead with strong hands-on expertise in C, SystemVerilog, and UVM, and the capability to lead a team of 45 engineers.

The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of ARM architecture, AMBA protocols (AXI/ACE/CHI), and debugging using waveform tools, logs, and TARMAC traces.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of 4 - 5 engineers, manage task assignments, reviews, and closure of verification deliverables.

- Develop and maintain UVM-based testbenches for SoC-level and subsystem-level verification.

- Work closely with RTL, firmware, and architecture teams to understand verification requirements and scenarios.

- Perform test planning, stimulus generation, coverage analysis, and regression management.

- Conduct in-depth debugging using waveform viewers (SimVision/DVE), logs, and TARMAC trace tools.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive first-pass success of SoC silicon.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in SoC verification with strong C, SystemVerilog, and UVM knowledge.

- Proven leadership experience in managing small to mid-size verification teams.

- Deep understanding of ARM processor architecture, including ARM debug architecture.

- In-depth knowledge of AMBA protocols AXI, ACE, CHI.

- Experience with TARMAC trace analysis, waveform debugging, and post-silicon debug correlation.

- Good understanding of cache coherency, memory hierarchy, and SoC integration challenges.

- Proficient with industry-standard tools : VCS, Questa, Verdi, SimVision, etc.

- Strong scripting knowledge (Python/Perl/Shell) to aid automation
