About the Role :

We are looking for a Python Developer with strong Django expertise to build and scale high-performance web applications. This role goes beyond development you will contribute to system design (HLD & LLD), architecture decisions, and performance optimization for business-critical systems.

You will work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where your contributions directly impact product, scale, and user experience.

What You'll Do :

- Build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using Python and Django

- Design and implement Low-Level Design (LLD) including class structures, APIs, database schemas, and workflows

- Contribute to High-Level Design (HLD) and system architecture decisions

- Develop and manage RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability

- Design, manage, and optimize database structures, queries, and migrations

- Troubleshoot and enhance existing systems to improve efficiency and stability

- Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

- Ensure clean code, best practices, and maintainability

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers

What Were Looking For :

- 3+ years of experience in Python development (web applications)

- Strong expertise in Django framework and backend development

- Hands-on experience in Low-Level Design (LLD) for real-world applications

- Good understanding of system design and scalable architectures (HLD basics)

- Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and ORM concepts

- Experience in building REST APIs (Django REST Framework)

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows

- Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue)

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Experience working in Agile environments

- Understanding of software design principles (SOLID, DRY)
